    Cromatica Product Warranty Policy
    1. Warranty Coverage
    • Products are free from inherent material defects.

    • 15-year warranty applies to cabinets and shutters only.

    • 25 years for stainless steel 304 grade

    • 15 years for galvanized steel

    • Accessories (hinges, channels, baskets, etc.) warranty varies from 1 to 5 years.

    • Appliances from reputed brands have manufacturer warranties passed on to the customer.

    • Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in Cromatica-supplied products.

    2. Transferability
    • Warranty is transferable if proof of purchase is provided to the new owner.

    3. Warranty Exclusions & Limitations
    • Not applicable if products are improperly installed, misused, or damaged by corrosion-inducing materials stored in the cabinet.

    • Warranty void if notification isn’t made within one month of problem appearance.

    • Does not cover damage due to misuse, abuse, accidents, modifications, improper installation, or environmental factors like floods or earthquakes.

    • Damage caused by acts of God, rusting due to dampness, or poor civil construction is excluded.

    • Damage from cleaning products/methods, or usage outside normal domestic purposes is excluded.

    • Damage or rusting due to water seepage or poor site conditions is excluded.

    • The warranty does not cover components/accessories that have their own manufacturer warranties.

    • The warranty is void if the kitchen is moved without prior approval from Cromatica.

    • For accessories, warranty terms are as per respective brands/manuals.

    • Appliances are covered by the respective brand warranties; Cromatica does not cover consumables or electrical parts like bulbs or cords.

    4. Service & Repairs
    • One free service within 4 months of installation.

    • After 4 months, services are chargeable.

    • Travel costs in cities without authorized franchisees are borne by the customer.

    • Replacement or repair decisions are at Cromatica’s sole discretion.

    • The defective product becomes property of Cromatica if replaced.

    5. Customer Responsibilities
    • Provide sale invoice and warranty documents.

    • Use products as per instructions.

    • Maintain proper installation and avoid unauthorized repairs.

    • Keep the warranty certificate safe, as it marks the start date.

    6. Additional Terms
    • Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, negligence, or damage from improper maintenance.

    • The warranty is void if the product is tampered with or repaired by unauthorized personnel.

    • Warranty does not include shipping, handling, or installation costs.

    • Cromatica is not liable for consequential damages or loss of revenue.

    • Liability is limited to the value of the products sold.

    • Warranty is invalid if payment is unsettled or if installation occurs after 30 days from delivery.

    • Terms and conditions may change without notice.

    • Disputes are subject to Bangalore jurisdiction.








      Service Charges
      • Service charges will apply for resolving minor issues beyond the warranty period.

      • Full kitchen service, including cleaning and alignment, will be chargeable.

      • Service for wardrobes and other furnishings (including cleaning and alignment) will be charged per major item.

      • Installation or reinstallation services in Bengaluru or Dealer Base Town will incur a daily charge.

      • Additional charges may apply for services outside Dealer or Manufacturer area limits.

      Terms and Conditions
      • Spares, if any, will be charged extra at actuals.

      • Spares and material are subject to availability; applicable taxes extra.

      • Warranty will be void if installation is carried out by anyone other than an authorized company technician.
